MOST FLATTERING OUTFIT FOR ALL BODY TYPES: THE CULOTTE JUMPSUIT

Moving on. The easiest and most comfortable thing I can throw on without looking like I’m hiding and still be confident, is a jumpsuit. Make it wide legged and cinch the waist and we have a winner!

Culotte or wide leg jumpsuits are the most flattering on any frame because it creates a really nice silhouette by only accentuating your waist and adverts the eye from any lumps and bumps. Loving this chambray jumpsuit from the Gap that I found in-store for $26! For a casual daytime look I threw on my trusty chucks and my own college vintage belt. If I were to dress this up a bit I would swap the sneakers for a heel sandal, keep the belt and add a clutch. Viola. Jumpsuit dressed up.

Since I’m carrying around a smooth 50 extra lbs., all of which loves to settle in my mid-section and arms (thanks Mom), finding clothes that are flattering, forgiving, give the illusion that I’m slim and have a waist are key.

Pause. You're probably like bish where!? You look fine! The fact that I'm 5'8 is my saving grace so it doesn't look that bad. However, all the clothes in my closet I can't wear tell me otherwise. Not to mention I feel super uncomfortable and self conscious. Currently searching for motivation to stay consistent with my workouts and healthy eating.
